Plan And Control Engineer

JOB DETAILS: Primary function: Prepare Emergency response as per Emergency Response Plan, coordinate oilfield management to carry out emergency handling.

Collect and summarize onsite operation and maintenance plan and execution progress.

In charge of developing oilfield materials management procedures and policy.

In charge of oilfield onsite spares procurement, storage, and distribution.

In charge of oilfield onsite warehouse management.

In charge of review of oilfield procurement requirements.

Responsible for maintenance of SAP system regarding materials management.

Prepare and report materials receipt and distribution, spares and tools storage, and abnormalities to the Maintenance superintendent in time Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Storage management or maintenance-related major.

At least 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas production maintenance work, and storage management.

Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of storage management Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas industry, equipment maintenance Extensive experience in oil production management Familiar with international oil industry practice.
