We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for an Suppler Performance Analyst to join our growing Team here at Holman UK. This role will be based out of our HQ in Chippenham with the opportunity for hybrid working. This is a permanent opportunity.

Role Overview

Job Role: Suppler Performance Analyst

Location: Chippenham HQ (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £35,000.00 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

️ Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the detailed analysis of supplier Scorecard data, determining necessary actions, communicating these to Fleet Engineers at stipulated frequencies and in a consistent format

Present summary information to Holman Management, clearly evidencing month on month performance of the network, and key actions taken to address poor performance

Receive information from Fleet Engineers and update systems promptly, supporting them in the management of Network

To be a key liaison (working in a team of 3) between the team and our field based Fleet Engineers, supplying and receiving information required to evidence effective management of the Network

Work with Fleet Engineers and colleagues to ensure vehicles are defaulted to appropriate vendors, and accurate records are maintained in Holman systems

Thoroughly manage queries and complaints relating to Network performance, updating systems promptly and accurately, liaising with internal teams, network garages, Fleet Engineers and customers

Provide support to Technical Operations & Fleet Engineers in relation to supplier performance management, maintenance of accurate Network data and other data related activities

Assist with vehicle data set-up and pricing activities

Assist in managing phone and email communications to and from the Networks.

Perform other duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Excellent knowledge of vehicle mechanics gained through practical experience, encompassing a thorough understanding of service and maintenance schedules and procedures, repair times and methods.

Knowledge and experience of regulatory and compliance requirements in the commercial vehicle world

Experience working within a team environment dealing with key operational aspects of vehicle management, including work authorisation, cost control & downtime management

Experience in a customer facing role, or a role that involved extensive direct customer interaction, managing complaints, resolving complex issues, and providing quality information to customers.

Ability to multi task with consistency and accuracy

Highly organised, able to multitask and manage a variety of work-streams effectively

Ability to work efficiently in a structured, methodical manner

Have strong administration skills, with an ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively

Collaborative, proactive and dynamic approach

Committed to finding solutions, with ability to use initiative and common sense

Able to communicate effectively, build and maintain a rapport with people at all levels

Ability to manage difficult conversations effectively and hold conversations at a technical level

Ability to listen, and have confidence to question if the understanding of requirements is not absolutely clear
