We specialize in producing high-quality noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) equipment and interior automotive components—including luggage boards, trunk lids, rear package trays, insulation pads, and floor carpets—for major clients such as Kia Georgia and Hyundai Alabama. We are expanding our U.S. operations and seeking passionate, skilled professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency and safety.
- Ensure all tasks comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in industrial equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment, ideally within automotive or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or other maintenance systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
