Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Throwback Tavern is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly and our environment spotless. You’ll be a vital part of our team, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash all dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware thoroughly

Ensure all cleaned items are properly sanitized and returned to their designated storage areas

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dish area

Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly

Sweep and mop kitchen and service areas

Clean kitchen mats and maintain general cleanliness throughout the back-of-house

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, team-oriented, and able to take direction

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

No prior experience required — we’ll train the right person!
