Job Summary:

Are you an experienced quality control leader with a passion for excellence and a sharp eye for detail? We're hiring a full-time, in-person Director of Quality Control to join our team in Hildale, UT.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for upholding our commitment to high standards by overseeing and improving our processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and leading a team that supports quality at every level. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Premium Production follows all FDA/CFR and cGMP regulations

Create and maintain documents for product formulas and specifications

Oversee lab operations and testing

Review, approve, and document all processes and products

Qualify contract manufacturers through self-assessments and audits

Ensure reserve samples are properly collected and recorded

Build, develop, and lead your team to achieve desired results

Manage training and development for your team

Analyze performance based on data and optimize systems and processes

Attend meetings and trainings as needed

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sciences

5–10+ years of experience in quality control management

1+ years of experience in dietary supplement quality control

Understanding and experience in FDA/CFR, FLP, cGMP, and PPE lab standards

Preferred Skills:

Proactive problem-solving in documentation and file organization

Self-motivated and independent work ethic

Communication and listening skills

Organizational and neat habits

A lead-by-example mentality

Troubleshooting skills

Adaptable and calm approach

A desire and willingness to keep learning

An understanding of safety rules for lab work

Strong investigative and observational skills

Computer skills, especially Google Docs and Sheets

Pay: $85,000 to $100,000

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
