Our team is growing and we need a structured student assistant to assist us with the preparations and coordination for our production teams. If you are eager to learn about production within the biopharmaceutical industry, highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency, positive can do attitude and not afraid of rolling up the sleeves, then you could be our new student assistant in our Team.
The Position
You will join a small devoted team of colleagues with different backgrounds, with a shared passion for planning and coordination activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and structured deliveries in Time.
It is important that you have a quality mindset in order to operate in a GMP environment, and at the same time being flexible, structured, positive and service minded.
Day to day responsibilities
Your main task will training administration, data analysis and archiving. Tasks would normally be:
Scheduling administrative activities.
Plan and coordinate tasks in respect to the rest of the Team
General support with various administrative tasks and archiving.
Ad hoc tasks in document handling.
For you to be successful in the role you have the following skills and background:
Good analytical skills and a structured approach to
Good coordinating and administrative skillsets.
An organized mind-set with the ability to prioritize when dealing with multiple tasks, whilst adhering to deadlines .
As a person, you have a positive mindset, are flexible and have a proactive mindset when it comes to tasks and responsibilities.
Hours pr. week
To be the right fit for us, we need you to be able to work 2-3 days pr. week. We expect that you can work around 15 hours pr. week, depending on the tasks given. If there is, a need for less or more hours pr. week we hope you can show flexibility.
