PROJECT SCHEDULING & RISK MANAGEMENT EXPERT (M/F)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organization and facilitation of risk assessment workshops on capital investment projects

Identifying the risks with the help of the project team. Proposing the manageable risks and how to deal with them. Carrying out risk management actions and monitoring their effectiveness

Providing risk management support for other/connected projects

Providing support for estimating project risk cost to determine the risk-based reserve framework

Participation on constructability reviews with project teams and external stakeholders (i.e. Contractors or Vendors)

Creation of project schedules with the assistance of the Project Manager or other functions in case of the assigned strategic projects

Continuous maintenance and forecasting of the schedule according to the information provided by the project team

Preparation of the schedule and resource related risk assessments

Quality checking schedules and related risk links before schedule approval

Preparation of physical progress reports for the project execution

Performing other related activities according to the professional best practice.

FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED TO HAVE

Master’s degree in engineering

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project scheduling (preferred in oil, energy and gas or construction industry)

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, VBA)

Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English and Croatian language

Driving licence B category (active driver).

IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:

Knowledge/experience in advanced scheduling practices, thus being able to improve scheduling methods of the organization

Construction site management experience.
