Assistant Community Manager Position Available in SeaTac, WA - Excellent Career Opportunity.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Community Manager in SeaTac, WA. We are looking for a remarkable person who will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, and has a can-do attitude, and works well in a team setting. We offer:
*$24 per hour
*Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 120 hours a year. Increased PTO after 5 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.
*9 Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
*Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Coverage is offered through Kaiser Permanente, Guardian, and Mutual of Omaha.

Requirements:
*Must have 1 year of property management experience.
*Knowledge and experience in LIHTC.
*The right candidate will perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties.
*Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
*Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
*Good customer service and communication skills.
*Have a positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
*Consistent work history and verifiable references,
*Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
*A valid driver's license
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
*Conduct all business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and procedures; Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal and State laws
*Exceptional Customer Service skills including professional, prompt, and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors; Handle resident, vendor and prospective resident walk-ins
*Provide residents and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures and providing general building information
*Process correspondence for residents, contractors and other third parties for property management staff
*Support overall office operational needs by answering phones, filing, ordering supplies...etc.
*Conduct lease renewals; ensure lease files are complete and filed properly
*Perform rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements
*Maintained highly organized filing system for leases, residents, insurance certificates, vendors, building contracts, and purchase orders
*Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times
*Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
