A Relationship Manager (RM) builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with clients or customers, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met. They focus on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for business growth. RMs also collaborate with internal teams like sales and marketing to achieve these goals.

Requirements:

Qualification: Any Degree

1-5 yrs experience in Mortgage(LAP)&Home loan(HL) is must.

Product: Retail mortgage loans& Home Loans & NRI Loans, Doctors Loans

Loan Size: Min 20 lakhs - 300 lakhs

Payroll: On role-Attractive Salary+ Incentives+ Conveyance based on current CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing and nurturing strong, positive relationships with clients or customers.

Understanding Client Needs: Identifying and understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.
