This role demands a combination of strong project leadership, agile discipline, and cross-functional coordination, requiring both technical literacy and business acumen. The Sr. PM will lead the orchestration of multiple concurrent initiatives and workstreams, actively managing stakeholder engagement, change control, and go-to-market timelines.
The ideal candidate brings a solutions-oriented mindset, deep experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the ability to influence without authority while navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Collaborate with Product and Development to define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap priorities.
Translate strategic objectives into tactical execution plans with clearly defined milestones and resource assignments.
Own the program delivery lifecycle from concept to launch, coordinating efforts across UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Customer-facing teams.
Participate in weekly cross-functional stand-ups, sprint demos, and risk reviews to ensure team alignment and schedule adherence.
Manage external dependencies, vendor deliverables, & 3rd party integration timelines.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Provide transparent and data-driven updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and documentation to track progress, blockers, KPIs, and change requests.
Facilitate stakeholder buy-in and ensure that key business objectives remain visible and prioritized.
Launch Readiness & Quality Assurance
Oversee end-to-end launch planning including release gating, training, enablement, and stakeholder sign-offs.
Validate test coverage, regression plans, and release readiness criteria with QA and Engineering leads.
Proactively identify delivery risks and operational bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans.
Serve as the escalation point for delivery impediments and facilitate resolution via appropriate forums.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Technical Master’s a plus)
5-7+ years of experience in technical project management or software program delivery, ideally in a SaaS, Agile, or B2B/B2C product environment
Demonstrated expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid project frameworks
Hands-on experience managing Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Figma, Asana, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to drive alignment across competing priorities
