Shift Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• You are leading the communication and coordinate between departments & MUs /HPTs during shift, summary 2 hours report to leadership, Ensure the overall operation’ objectives are met in own shift. 你作为各生产制造单元中的沟通者 需要每2各小时总结一次报告给管理团队 确保整体生产符合目标

• You drive zero accident and follow up safety findings and ensure plant management is informed on critical issues. 你需要实现零事故 跟进安全调查结果 并确保工厂管理层了解关键问题

• You need to coordinate and facilitate resolution of waste controlling and drive waste below target.您需要协调并推动解决浪费控制问题 将浪费控制在目标以下

• You are responsible to total procedural and policy compliance on shift. Ensure plant management systems are in place and implemented. 您负责当班期间全面遵守程序和政策 确保工厂管理系统到位并得以实施

Requirements:

• You with Bachelor's degree in Business, industrial management or a related. 你拥有本科学历

• You with at least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry. 您需具备至少 3 年制造业生产或质量管理工作经验

• You with ability to work independently with strong work commitment. 你具备独立工作的能力 工作责任心强

• You have Good interpersonal and communication skills. 您具备良好的人际交往和沟通能力

• You are able to resolve conflict, influence others, negotiate solutions, conduct group meetings and effectively communicate ideas, plans and processes. 您能够解决争端 影响他人 并能将解决方案贯彻落实
