We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join a truly amazing gastro pub in Berkshire with private live:in accommodation In this role, the Chef de Partie will be an essential part of the kitchen brigade, running their own section and working with high:quality, fresh, seasonal produce sourced from trusted local suppliers.

This is a kitchen where everything is made from scratch and presented to rosette standard, no shortcuts, just honest, beautifully crafted food.

Chef De Partie Requirements: * Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up * Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and plating to a high standard * Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your section with consistency.
