WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Here’s what you’ll do when you join us: Manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to assess residents' individual needs to create a unique care plan based on your findings.
Promote cross-functional communication to ensure care plans are followed.
Ensure appropriate reimbursement for resident care services.Be well versed with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
