Ihre Aufgaben

Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Fermentationen im Reinraumbereich der Klasse D

Zellernte und Zellaufschluss

Verschiedene Filtrationstechniken

Aseptisches Arbeiten unter Laminar-Flow-Werkbänken

Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen (Bestimmung von pH und Leitfähigkeit, Absorptionsmessung, Endotoxin-Bestimmung, Bestimmung optischer Dichte, Mikroskopieren)

Vor- und Nachbereitung von Produktionskampagnen

Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung und Kalibrierung von Geräten

GMP-gerechte Dokumentenerstellung und Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

AGC Biologics sucht ausgebildete BTA, CTA, Pharma- oder Chemiekanten, Chemie- oder Biologielaboranten für das Produktionsteam in Heidelberg (alternativ Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss)

Technische Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse der chromatographischen Aufreinigung von Proteinen oder/und der mikrobiellen Fermentation sind wünschenswert

Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sind uns wichtig

Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im drei-Schicht-System während Produktionskampagnen, Wochenendarbeit möglich

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Gültige Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnis
