Director of Strategic Partnership Requirements

Bachelors degree in health care administration, public health, business, or a related field (masters preferred).

3+ years of experience in process and policy development, quality improvement, or operations in a health care or nonprofit setting.

Familiarity with nonprofit health care environments, including funding, compliance, and community impact.

Strong knowledge of business continuity planning and risk management in health care.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.

Proficiency in process and project management.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across diverse teams.
