The Role

Sofina Foods Ireland is seeking a well-organised and detail-driven Sales Administrator to support our Commercial team at the Cookstown site. This is a hands-on role working across a range of customers and brands—including Cookstown, Carroll’s, and Ribworld—as well as own-label contracts.

You’ll play a vital part in keeping our commercial operations running smoothly: managing key data, supporting promotional activity, helping prepare product launch documents, and assisting with internal and customer communications. It’s a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work closely with both internal stakeholders and leading retailers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer pricing files

Submit promotional activity and manage customer promotional timelines

Support forecasting processes by updating demand forecasts

Assist with new product launch documentation and coordination

Generate sales reports and support the Commercial team with insight and data

Provide administrative and account support across key commercial functions

Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery

The Ideal Candidate

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with data and numbers

Proficient in excel and open to learning new systems (experience with SAP or retailer portals is an advantage, but not essential)

A clear communicator – both written and verbal

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experienced in an office environment and confident working across teams
