As a Foreman, you oversee the installation of our residential basement waterproofing applications and ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers.\n \n Day in the Life as a Foreman:\n\nLead and supervise onsite personnel, ensuring top-quality work and adherence to high standards.\nProtect and enhance the customer experience throughout the installation process.\nEfficiently complete service work to meet customer needs and expectations.\nMaintain an 80% field presence, demonstrating your commitment to hands-on, practical work.\nDedicate 20% of your time to essential office responsibilities, contributing to the overall project's success.\n\n\n Requirements\n \n\nPrior experience in basement waterproofing or foundation work.\nAbility to lift 65 lbs.\nA valid driver’s license with a clean record.\n\n Company Culture:\n At Erie Home, we offer a competitive base salary of $1,000 weekly and a hiring bonus of up to $5,000 for military veterans.
