The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process.
A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to our customers. Approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space and 50 acres are utilized for fabrication operations. An additional 350,000 square feet is available for future business growth.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Assist all DBG operations with robotic support. Program robots, troubleshoot production robot issues, support new parts on robots, and optimize robot programs to improve KPIs.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and encourage safe work environment and good housekeeping.
Participate in part reviews to determine robot feasibility and address issues.
Work with technical personnel in areas to insure robot programs meet technical requirements provided.
Work on ECRs, quality alerts, and production improvement projects to aid in implementation of action plans on robot cells.
Provide support to production operations on robotic equipment.
Originate and implement robot improvement and cost reduction.
Support maintenance team as required to address robot PMs and downtime.
Adhere to, ISO/QS procedures as it pertains to robots, bring concerns for needed development to the technical team.
Work as a Team Member in all situations.
Other projects or tasks as assigned.
A daily hands-on approach will be required during resolution of recurring quality issues or technical failures.
Control and maintain all robotic programs and backups, aid in work instruction development.
Develop and program robots to optimize cycle times and troubleshoot robot issues
Maintain Arc files per weld technical team directions
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Technical education with focus on robotics preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 3 Years in manufacturing environment.
Computer skills – (Must have programming experience), Windows - excel, PowerPoint, word, Teams.
Robotic Welding – Motoman preferred.
