Your main missions would be the following:
Inventory optimization & demand planning
Architect data-driven stock strategies for HJ/FJ collections, balancing regional trends, client demand, and event calendars.
Organize, anticipate, and enhance the shipment process of the products in due times
Spearhead crisis management protocols for abnormal inventory fluctuations (e.g., sudden demand spikes, supply delays).
Oversee HJFJ domestic rotations and ad-hoc client order fulfillment, ensuring seamless alignment with boutique needs.
Service quality & vendor governance
Champion repair process innovation, including workshop partnership audits and cost benchmarking.
Implement a damage reporting system, integrating feedback loops with retail teams.
Monitor repair order lifecycle metrics (e.g., cycle time, cost variance) and recommend efficiency gains.
Work closely with international quality and after-sales service team.
Cross-functional business analytics
Develop dashboards to track inventory performance, customer service KPIs, ...
Advise the Brand Director on operational risks and opportunities tied to inventory/service workflows.
Who you are:
Master degree in logistics with an experience in the luxury industry is preferred.
Inventory & shipment mastery: proven experience in data-driven stock optimization, demand forecasting, end-to-end shipment coordination and regional rotations.
Vendor/partner governance: skill in optimizing repair workflows, minimizing turnaround times, and integrating damage reporting with inventory systems.
Analytical agility: proficiency in logistics dashboards tracking KPIs
Technical skills: ERP systems, inventory tools
