Responsibilities:

Promotes the effective use of HIT supported systems at Norman Regional Health System (NRHS).
Assists with analyzing, testing and implementation of clinical system changes.
Assures duties assigned are completed in a timely manner.
Provide input into the information systems budget any activities and recommends information system project improved operations of the organization.
Participates in 24/7 support and maintenance of clinical information systems. Qualifications:
Education
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline, Education or Information Technology preferred.
May substitute sufficient on the job experience for some of the education.
Experience
Five years clinical experience.
Two years of clinical application support and demonstrated training experience preferred.
Experience working with physicians and other clinical practitioners preferred.
Licensure/Certification
Licensure/Certification/Registration as appropriate to healthcare provider field preferred.
Must have a valid driving license, and reliable personal transportation.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Possess strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Possess the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, fellow trainers and leadership.
Demonstrate the ability to think critically, identify and resolve problems, and communicate effectively with a wide variety of end users, with varying levels of skill. Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Compensation
$26.77-$43.71/hr based on previous work experience
