Our client, a leading Manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team. As a Plant Controller, you will be part of the finance department supporting the plant management team. The ideal candidate will have strong accountability, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Plant Controller
What's the Job?
Record daily ERP transactions and entries.
Facilitate the construction and maintenance of standard cost accounting.
Assist in financial reporting of customer and supplier issues.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Serve as backup for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of strong manufacturing experience.
Cost Accounting experience is a must.
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
