Operate and oversee packaging and candy-making equipment with precision.

Perform setups, adjustments, and ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with Supervisors and Lead Persons to meet production goals.

Maintain high standards in sanitation, safety, and quality assurance.

Conduct hourly checks for metal detection, packaging, and weights.

Support inventory control and ensure lot traceability.

Step in as a Production Worker when needed—flexibility is key! What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED.

1–4 years of experience in manufacturing or production preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment controls.

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Full-time
