Pallet Mill Operator

We are seeking a Pallet Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of pallets.

Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee the machinery involved in the pallet production process

Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times

Monitor production output and quality to meet company standards

Make adjustments to machinery as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Physical stamina and strength to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
