Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity has arisen for skilled Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide valuable services in a K-12 setting located in Columbus, OH. This position is designed for individuals who are dedicated to enhancing students' communication skills and promoting their overall academic success. The role offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload, allowing for the application of therapeutic techniques across various age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide intervention for students with speech and language disorders in grades K-12.
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student goals.
Document progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Valid Ohio licensure or eligibility.
Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
