Job Description

We are seeking motivated and diligent Machine Operators for multiple openings across 2nd and 3rd shifts. Your primary responsibilities will involve operating modern digital controlled machinery and auxiliary equipment, performing quality welds, and ensuring production goals are met while adhering to safety standards. Successful candidates will undergo 4-6 weeks of training on the 1st shift before transitioning to their assigned shifts. We value tenure and are committed to providing extensive training for those with solid experience in machine operation from other industries.

Tops Skills

Operation of digital controlled machinery

Ability to perform quality welds using butt welders

Preventative maintenance on production equipment

Proficiency in using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers in the metric system

Forklift operation with valid OSHA-approved trainingAdditional Skills & Qualifications

Strong tenure in previous machine operation roles

Effective communication in English (reading, writing, verbal)

Problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing prioritiesWork Environment

The facility operates with roughly 12-15 employees on the 1st shift and 3-4 on subsequent shifts, maintaining a highly organized and clean environment. Safety toed shoes and ear protection are mandatory, reflecting our commitment to a safe work setting. This is a typical manufacturing environment where attention to cleanliness and safety is paramount.

This is a fully on-site position in York, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
