Weare seeking Full time Nurse Practitioners for a Home health primary careopportunity in Lancaster, PA. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p; no nights and noweekends.

RequiredQualifications:

Nationalcertification in at least one of the following specialties: Family NursePractitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult NursePractitioner, Gerontological Nurse Practitioner

Active,non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner License

1+year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

1+year of home health experience as RN or APN

ActiveDEA license

RoleSummary:

Provisionof exceptional primary care in the home

Visit4-6 patients in their home each day
