Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery

Coordinate and communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Lead project meetings, track progress, manage schedules, and resolve issues proactively

Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and billing processes

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements on job sites

Collaborate closely with field teams and superintendents to maintain project standards and address challenges

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive construction professional with at least 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. They demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively. A solid understanding of project financials, scheduling software proficiency, and a commitment to quality and safety are essential. They thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
