Operations Support Associate Manager

1. Develop annual work plan, implement and evaluate effective strategies and high-quality service process for overall activity in Operations Support area

2. Maintain operational ground rules in Operations support area for overall implementation to stakeholders.

3. Ensure data confidentiality for overall process in Operations Support area

4. Ensure all laboratory center activities operates according to valid standard procedure

5. Evaluate the performance of laboratory instructors periodically

6. Monitor the working order of lab equipment and supplies

7. Manage and monitor the process of installing, cloning and preparation of software that needed by all academic departments or programs

8. Manage and monitor effective IT operations support and quality service in BINUS @ Campus

9. Monitor the effectiveness of network coverage, system and database application

Management Support Activities :

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.

o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).

o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.

o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

Work Experience :

• Minimum 2 years working experience in supervisory level, or

• Minimum 6 years working experience
