Job Responsibilities:
Supports Facilities Manager in performing his/her duties and responsibilities in areas of project management, project tendering document preparation and site work supervision, etc.
To assist for the site coordination with contractors, designers and all other project related parties
Responsible for drawing preparation and document management
Monitoring site progress and attend site inspection to ensure deadline is met
To assist in the establishment and maintenance of a well-organized Project Team sample and storeroom for record and retention
ensure safety during the course of the works
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other statutory regulations
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Construction / Project / Facilites Management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural, Structural, Project Management or other related disciplines
Good command in spoken and written Cantonese and English
Knowledge in PC skills, MS Office applications and AutoCAD
