The Birmingham division of Liberty National is seeking a Benefit Representative to join its growing team. Representatives play a crucial role in helping employees of local businesses secure benefits that go beyond what their employers offer. They consult with the member, present the available options, and assist in choosing the most suitable plan. Successful reps are excellent communicators, driven, and well-organized. They possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are dedicated team players.
Job Requirements:
Reach out to individuals and businesses who have requested more information on the benefits offered
Schedule meetings with members at their place of employment
Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each employee
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new employees
Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
