Position Summary:
Dynojet Research is seeking a highly skilled Web Services Developer to join our engineering team in Belgrade, Montana. This is an on-site position working in our Belgrade, Montana office. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure web services that support our performance products and cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate has deep experience with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop RESTful web services and APIs using ASP.NET Core
Build, optimize, and maintain back-end solutions and integrations with Microsoft SQL Server
Manage and monitor SQL Server instances, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
Implement Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.) to support scalable and resilient web applications
Integrate and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for authentication and authorization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver secure, high-performing cloud-based solutions
Apply industry best practices for network and application security, including secure API access and data protection
Support efforts around monitoring, alerting, and scaling applications in a production Azure environment
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core (not legacy ASP.NET)
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning and stored procedures
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and related DevOps tooling
Strong understanding of REST API design principles
Experience with Azure AD for identity management and secure API access
Understanding of network security fundamentals including firewalls, secure data transfer, and access control
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform technologies
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
Background in high-performance or scalable application architecture
Experience working in the automotive or powersports industry
Knowledge of containerization with Docker and/or Kubernetes
