My client is seeking a D365 Manufacturing Systems Analyst who can bring strong systems analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and ERP solution expertise to a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing setting and enjoys designing scalable systems across global operations.
You will be joining an enterprise end-user with a global footprint and a newly formed ERP Center of Excellence. With continued investment in digital transformation, the company is now looking to enhance its ERP capabilities by adding a skilled D365 Manufacturing Systems Analyst to drive forward key initiatives across production, logistics, and supply chain modules.

Role & Responsibilities
Analyze, research, and design solutions within the D365 Manufacturing Systems domain to align with evolving business needs
Collaborate with internal architects, business analysts, and external vendors to deliver scalable ERP solutions
Support standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes across a global user base
Maintain and implement domain design standards, process documentation, and testing protocols
Contribute to the full ERP lifecycle from needs analysis through rollout, stabilization, and support
Assist in the development of user training materials and operational documentation
Provide Tier 3 support and work with cross-functional teams on system issue resolution
Participate in and support large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, and performance tuning
Stay informed of Microsoft updates and partner ecosystem changes that may impact the ERP environment
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations, particularly in the Manufacturing Systems domain
Experience in discrete, engineer-to-order manufacturing environments preferred
Expertise in key functional areas such as:
Master Scheduling
Production Planning
Inventory Control
Warehouse Management / Logistics
Full ERP implementation cycle experience, including system design, rollout, and user adoption
Proficiency in integrating enterprise systems including ERP, BI, and consolidation platforms
Experience working with SaaS-based solutions is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to influence stakeholders across IT and business without direct authority
Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus
Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
