Job Title: Pediatrics Specialist (Neonatology Focus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paediatrics Specialist with a strong background in Neonatology to join our esteemed healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian (Keralite), Male doctor with an MBBS, MD or DNB in Paediatrics, and a Fellowship in Neonatology with at least 4 years of post-MD experience in managing critically ill neonates, including NICU operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide comprehensive medical care to new-borns, including premature and critically ill infants.

-Manage and supervise Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) operations.

-Conduct regular ward rounds, assessments, and care planning for paediatric and neonatal patients.

-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, obstetricians, and paediatric surgeons.

-Counsel and communicate effectively with parents and families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Nationality: Indian (Preference for candidates from Kerala)

-Gender: Male (as per staffing balance requirement)

-Education:

*MBBS

*MD/DNB in Paediatrics

*Fellowship in Neonatology (recognized program)

-Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-MD experience in Neonatology.
