EIRE Systems is partnering with a rapidly growing hyper-scale data center operator, supporting their internal corporate Information and Communications Technology (ICT) operations across Japan. This company builds some of the world’s largest and most advanced data centers at remarkable speed to meet rising global demand.

As an ICT Projects Delivery Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in a high-growth phase of the company’s expansion in Japan. You’ll lead ICT engineering projects and ensure efficient delivery of ICT solutions at the Japan data center sites.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT design, project delivery, technical support, and operations

Broad technical expertise in Networking, Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Microsoft 365, and desktop administration

Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English

Strong project management and time management skills

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Ability to travel domestically (primarily within Greater Tokyo, future projects in Osaka and other major cities)

Professional, service-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with the ITIL framework

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Language Requirements

Native-level or fluent Japanese

Business-level English (spoken and written), capable of collaborating with regional and global teams

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver ICT infrastructure projects across Japan sites, ensuring successful transition into business-as-usual (BAU) operations

Provide technical support for escalations and drive resolution of ICT-related issues

Coordinate ICT elements of large-scale construction projects, working with systems engineers and cross-functional teams

Monitor system performance, manage deployments, and contribute to continuous service improvement

Maintain project documentation and manage handover to operations teams

Address quality issues, punch lists, and post-construction ICT items

Identify cost-saving opportunities and service delivery enhancements

Assist with ICT systems and service design, technical support, and user demonstrations

Ensure adherence to change management and safe work practices

Maintain and enforce baseline standards across ICT systems
