About the Role

As a BoMont Account Manager, youll be a key player in managing client accounts, developing tailored insurance solutions, and providing ongoing service support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, nurturing client relationships, and working collaboratively with Producers, carriers, and internal service teams to deliver world-class results.

This position focuses more on account management and client service than business development. However, you will play a vital role in retention and growth through excellent client experiences and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial and/or employee benefits accounts

Develop and present renewal strategies, coverage recommendations, and risk management plans

Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy changes, and claims support

Collaborate with Producers and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of proposals, applications, and policy documents

Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms for clients

Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting clients

What Were Looking For

BoMont is seeking service-oriented professionals who bring a mix of strategic thinking, technical insurance knowledge, and a passion for delivering for clients.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in an account management or service role within insurance is preferred OR a recent graduate with a specialized degree from an Insurance-Risk Program.

Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Proficiency in insurance management systems (e.g., Applied EPIC preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability

Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office SuitWhat We Offer
