Position Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient store management, and the achievement of sales and performance goals. This is a leadership role where you'll motivate and inspire a team of associates, implement Dunkin' standards, and contribute to the store’s success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and develop a team of employees to achieve store goals and provide outstanding customer service.
Manage daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and ordering.
Ensure compliance with Dunkin’ standards, including cleanliness, food safety, and store presentation.
Monitor financial performance (sales, labor costs, and expenses) and implement strategies to drive store profitability.
Promote and enforce a safe and positive work environment for all employees.
Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and community engagement.
Implement and track performance metrics, with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally within the food service, retail, or restaurant industry. (2 years strongly preferred )
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude.
A passion for delivering exceptional service and fostering a strong team culture.
Basic understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and financial metrics.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
