Job Title: In-Office Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent
Location: 5588 Apple Park Dr, Ste 109, Birmingham, Alabama 35235
Job Opportunity: This is an In-Office Licensed Insurance Sales Agent role with a base pay $35k+ annually.
Total Compensation: $75k to $85k annually, with top producers earning over $100k + annually.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (CST)
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
Outbound and inbound sales communication
Composing emails and text messages
Offering additional products to existing customers
Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
Participating in professional development and training
Requirements:
2+ years of Insurance Personal Lines Sales Experience
Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in Alabama
Strong time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A drive for success
