We’re hiring dedicated Customer Service Agents to support pledge drives for non profit clients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from potential donors.
Share mission-oriented information and process contributions.
Use provided scripts and maintain accurate donor interaction logs.
Requirements
Candidate Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months remote experience or 1 year in a call center.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to workflow accuracy and detail.
Familiarity with non profits or fundraising preferred.
Must pass a background verification.
Required home setup: Windows 11 PC, USB headset, wired internet (no Wi Fi).
Compensation Structure
$12–$15/hour base pay.
Up to $17.99/hour upon meeting qualification milestones.
