Primary Job Title: Senior Data Entry Clerk

Location: CENEX DR 5500, MN (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Salary Range: $25 - $26/Hr

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Asset Sales & Transfer Tracker: Build and manage a spreadsheet of all units (power, trailer, and equipment) available for transfer or sale across the organization.

Operations Liaison: Meet with Transportation Operations Managers to confirm asset status, identify surplus equipment, and update asset availability records.

Support Internal Communications: Prepare accurate, up-to-date lists of available assets to support bi-weekly internal emails sent by the Fleet Asset Manager.

Document Preparation: Complete asset transfer and sale paperwork based on spreadsheet data and final approval from the Fleet Asset Manager.

Data Entry Support: Enter relevant transfer data into fleet systems to ensure accuracy of asset location and status.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with accounting, compliance, and maintenance contacts to validate information or support the transfer process.

Title & Licensing Documentation: Coordinate with the IRP team as necessary.

Additional Tasks: Assist with other Fleet Asset Management duties as needed. Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including filtering, formatting, and use of formulas)

Able to work independently with direction from Fleet leadership

High attention to detail and document accuracy

Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with frontline operations teams Benefits:
