Software Test Engineer

**Job Description:**

Position Description:

The CX-Hub program utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience for our dealers and customers. As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying, and documenting defects, and collaborating with the development team to ensure the highest quality product.

- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, covering positive, negative, and alternative flows.

- Identify and document software defects and quality risks, and work with the development team to resolve them.

- Experience testing within Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience writing and running automated test scripts using C# and Selenium.

- Develop automation scripts, test, debug and execute.

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely summarize key findings for management.

- Ability to independently drive projects to completion and work within the full software development life cycle.

- Understanding of CRM functionalities and experience working with GitHub.

- Experience coordinating test activities with project teams.

- Ability to track defects and assign them to the appropriate team for resolution.

- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.

- Familiarity with Jira for project management and task tracking.

Experience Required:

- Hands on experience with CRM with CI/CD pipeline.

- Hand on experience with Jira integration with Easy Repro libraries

- Minimum 9 years of experience in software testing, including experience with CRM systems..

Experience Preferred:

- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.

Education Required:
