We are a seeking passionate, experienced Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. The purpose of this classification is to develop and implement client Individual Program Plan (IPP), ensure corresponding documentation is complete, and that client needs are met on a consistent basis, client centered programming. Persons in this classification act as a client advocate, ensuring that client rights are communicated on a routine basis, and facilitates staff training on new program(s) and/or individualized program plans, including behavior support strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, mental health or another related field human services field.
1 year experience in developmental disability services, non-profit community-based organization, or related field.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Offices Software
Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license.
Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
Must complete 40 hours of in-service training on an annual basis.
