Regal Staffing Services in Arlington is hiring Machine Operators (Production Associates) for a manufacturing company located in the Arlington, TX 76011.

Details:

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Arlington. You will run and maintain machines used to assemble electronic parts. You’ll work closely with the quality and engineering teams to make sure everything meets company standards.

Job Duties:

Follow work instructions and safety rules

Keep machines running safely

Report any issues to the supervisor

Perform basic machine maintenance and log the work

Keep your work area clean

Meet quality and production goals

Be flexible with shift availability

Other duties as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED or related experience

1–3 years of experience in electronics or machine operation

Able to identify parts and read work instructions

Know how to follow quality standards (IPC-610)

Can work in a fast-paced environment

Must speak and read English

Basic computer skills
