Job Description and Compensation Outline for Specialty/Cleaning Technician
In addition to regular assigned cleaning, the job description for a Lift Operator includes:
Equipment Operations
- Boom Lift
- Scissor Lift
- Bosun Chair (not required)
Experience not required, but must be comfortable working at heights.
Knowledge of scope of work.
Customer service
- Working with Customer for basic project scheduling & tasks based on our scope of work.
- Quality control
- Follow and have knowledge of customer safety & security requirements.
Ordering supplies through management as needed.
Quality control
- Checking work and scope completion.
- Jobsite must free and clear of dust and dirt.
- Jobsite must be left in an orderly fashion, including pushing in chairs after vacuuming, etc.
- Meet and exceed customers expectations.
Reporting hazards to management.
Equipment upkeep, such as cleaning filters and towel, making sure equipment is clean and ready for next days work.
- Keeping janitors closets clean & in order.
- Cannot leave buckets of water overnight.
Authorized personnel
- Only authorized personnel are allowed on job sites; cannot bring others to job site at any time.
Dress code
- Must wear attire representing Accountable logo at any jobsite.
All employees are required to review & adhere to the ACM Handbook.
Starting wage depends on experience & job assignment.
