Local MC Driver

Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and responsible Local MC Driver to become a key part of our Cairns team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you! We are looking for a reliable individual to handle the safe pick-up and delivery of a Bulk freight, all while adhering to our established rules and regulations.

What You Will Be Doing:

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 7am Start Monday to Friday (guaranteed hours)

Regular OT (Weekend work)

Start Date: Immediate start available

Location: Local Cairns region

Responsibilities:

Complete pickups and deliveries of Bulk general freight

Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full

Work in a Steady Paced Environment while consistently maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy

Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations

12 months experience in a similar role in a structured environment

Must hold a current MC Licence

Forklift Licence is desirable but not mandatory
