EY is seeking an accomplished and visionary UX/UI Lead – Financial Services to join our
innovative Digital Factory team in Luxembourg. This role presents a unique opportunity
to oversee the design experience for both external client-facing platforms and internal
enterprise applications, shaping the user journeys of thousands of business users and
clients globally.
You will lead a growing team of UX/UI Designers and Front-end Developers, defining how
user-centric principles are translated into scalable product design. If you're an emerging

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate a scalable UX strategy across external client facing
platforms and internal enterprise tools, ensuring alignment with business goals
and user needs.
Own and evolve the shared design system to maintain consistency, reusability,
and efficiency across product teams.
Explore and apply emerging UX trends, tools, and design methods to drive
innovation and elevate design maturity.
Collaborate with Product, Technology and Business stakeholders to align design
solutions with feasibility, technical constraints, and platform strategy.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX/UI designers and front-end developers
while fostering a high-performance design culture.
Define and uphold quality standards across all UX/UI output, conducting design
reviews and ensuring documentation quality.
Guide and oversee user research, usability testing, and continuous feedback to
inform design decisions and product direction.
Evaluate and improve design and development workflows to optimize delivery
speed, cross-team collaboration, and design consistency.
Present design concepts, rationale, and progress updates to clients, internal
stakeholders, and leadership with clarity and business relevance.
Drive alignment across external and internal digital products by ensuring design
consistency across platform domains and technology applications.
Manage tooling, licenses, and design operations resources to enable effective
delivery at scale.
Advocate for user-first thinking across departments by running training sessions,
design sprints, and embedding UX principles in delivery teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with hands-on design delivery and stakeholder interaction
Minimum 5 years in a design leadership role (managing people, process, or platform-wide initiatives)
Master's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Industrial Design, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard tools
Demonstrated experience working on both external-facing platforms and internal business applications
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills (e.g., Miro, MURAL)
Experience working with Design Thinking, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise product teams
Comfort working alongside developers and product managers in cross-functional teams
Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
Ideally, You'll Also Have
UX certification (e.g., NN/g, Human Factors)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise design constraints
Experience incorporating data-driven design insights (quant + qual)
Experience in platform or B2B SaaS product environments
