We’re wrapping up our D365 Business Central implementation, and we’re looking for a hands-on ERP Systems Developer who’s excited to help us fine-tune the system and stay with us as we scale. This is not a short-term consulting gig. We’re looking for someone ready to plant roots, grow with our team, and help shape how technology supports our business for years to come.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Serve as our in-house ERP expert—your insights and ideas will directly shape how our business runs.

Partner with teams in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service to improve processes and solve real-world challenges.

Design and build customizations, reports, and system extensions in D365 BC using AL.

Support and continuously improve our ERP environment post-implementation—this is where your impact begins, not ends.

Connect systems and people—maintain integrations with our HRIS, CRM, QMS, and more.

Document and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

Identify opportunities to automate and optimize workflows—your suggestions won’t get lost in layers of management.

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of ERP experience, including 2+ years hands-on with D365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).

Solid AL development skills and a strong grasp of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

Experience managing permission sets, user support, and troubleshooting.

Comfort with SQL and reporting tools like Power BI or Microsoft Report Builder.

A collaborative mindset, strong documentation habits, and follow-through.
