HIRING NOW: 2ND SHIFT MACHINE OPERATOR – CORNERBOARD LINE

Location: [Rock Hill, SC] Shift: 2nd Shift – 4 days/week, 10 hours/day (Three-day weekends? Yes, please.)

What You'll Be Doing:

Operate and oversee cornerboard production equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues like a pro

Lead and support a small team of operators and helpers

Monitor quality output and ensure production goals are met

Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Leadership ability—experience guiding a team is a big plus

Manufacturing experience preferred (but not required—we train the right people!)

Positive, reliable, and hands-on attitude
