Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Do you have experience working in an office for a construction company? Are you looking to work with a company who has room for growth in both position and pay over a period of time?

Our client is growing and needs a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Carrollton, TX. This person will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls and scheduling appointments from a shared Outlook email folder as well as making outbound calls to new construction home builders. If you have experience working in a construction office and a passion for providing excellent customer service, then our client needs to speak with you!

Requirements:

Experience working in a construction office

Customer service mindset with administrative skill set

Comfortable with heavy call volume

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Detail oriented and deadline driven

Reliable team player who jumps in to help when needed

Knowledge of HVAC industry is a huge plus!

Hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
