Can you contribute to ensuring a smooth and compliant operation of our warehouse? And would you like to be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to production in accordance with GMP guidelines?

We are looking for dedicated and detail oriented GMP Material Handlers, so come and join our hardworking and fun warehouse team!

Your New Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Evening Shift Materials Handler to join our expanding warehouse team.

The work schedule is as follows

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Week2: Wednesday and Thursday.

Hours: 13:00-23:13

You will assist in all tasks within the warehouse, ensuring all procedures adhere to regulatory requirements. You will also coordinate with production, quality control and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in compliance with GMP regulations.

Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.

Delivering materials to production in a timely manner.

Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and meet production needs.

Maintain housekeeping and organization of the warehouse to meet the GMP standards.

Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments.

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.

Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Knowledge, we hope you possess.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus but not a requirement.

Previous experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not a requirement.

Knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance requirements is preferred but no a requirement.

Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office, SAP, and other IT applications.

Forklift certification is an advantage.
