Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Tree Service Crew Member to join our team. You’ll be an essential part of our field crew, helping us deliver top-tier service while ensuring job sites are safe, efficient, and professionally maintained.

Responsibilities:

Assist with tree removals, pruning, and trimming using proper safety procedures

Operate or support operation of chainsaws, chippers, ropes, and other equipment

Maintain a clean and safe worksite from setup to final cleanup

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Represent Ole Man RB’s with professionalism and respect on every job

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and eager to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, perform physical labor, and use basic hand tools

Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)

Experience in tree service, landscaping, or construction is a bonus — but we’ll train the right person
